Booking and payments
How we check your date, prepare your quote and confirm your booking.1. Send an enquiry
The website form sends a non-binding enquiry. It neither reserves a date nor triggers a payment.
2. Check availability and logistics
We check the date, location, logistics and services requested. We regularly handle enquiries for Switzerland, North Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo. We consider Germany and other countries individually.
3. Receive your quote
The quote sets out the full scope, total price, currency, applicable taxes, any travel or additional charges, due dates and the terms for your booking.
4. Accept the quote and pay the deposit
Once you accept the final quote, a deposit of 15% of the agreed total is due. We confirm your booking once we have verified receipt of the deposit.
5. Balance and payment methods
The remaining balance is due before the event, as set out in your quote. We can agree three payments in total on request. Your quote or invoice states the available payment methods, amounts and due dates.
6. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
The terms in your quote cover cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, short-notice bookings and service interruptions. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
