2. Enquiries and contact

We use your contact details, event information, location and package preferences to check availability, logistics and service requirements and to prepare a quote. The form does not collect payment or card details.

Consent to marketing emails is separate, optional and off by default. You can withdraw it at any time for future emails.

3. Website operation and enquiry handling

The website runs on ChatGPT Sites. The form stores enquiries in a protected database and sends them to PrimeBooth Control, our internal enquiry system, for handling. We use Microsoft Outlook for email enquiries.

To prevent misuse, we limit repeated enquiries using a SHA-256 hash of the IP address and browser user agent. When we process new enquiries, we remove entries last updated more than seven days ago.

4. Cookies, local storage and tracking

When you visit, ChatGPT Sites sets the visitor cookie __Host-appgarden-visitor on our domain. In the current configuration, the browser stores it for up to 90 days.

Cloudflare checks technical browser and connection signals to detect automated traffic. It uses the __cf_bm and cf_clearance cookies for this check. The observed browser retention periods are up to 30 minutes and one year respectively. These periods are separate from how long the security check is valid.

Your browser can store your privacy choice locally. PrimeBooth does not embed analytics, advertising or social-media trackers on this website.

5. Photos taken at events

PrimeBooth processes Magic Mirror photos for the booked experience, instant prints and the agreed digital delivery. Every package includes digital delivery of the event photos to the organiser. Iconic also includes QR downloads for guests.

Before the event, we agree with the organiser who can access which photos, how the photos are delivered, how long downloads are available and when PrimeBooth will delete the photos. We explain how photos will be handled at that event before guests take part.

We obtain separate, informed permission for advertising use. For photos of minors, we take account of any required permission from a parent or guardian.

6. Retention and your rights

We retain enquiry data according to the needs of handling your enquiry and any resulting booking, as well as legal obligations and the protection of legal claims.

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion or to exercise other applicable privacy rights. For an event photo, the date and venue help us identify the image.
